Riverside House - Northampton

Riverside House saw the conversion of a former office block into 70 new flats. We installed a brand new plant room serving a district heating system across the building, along with a new building management system (BMS) to control and monitor it. We also carried out the full plumbing and heating fit-out of every flat, as well as the fit-out of the building's remaining office space.
